1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to AS Networks internet services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

AS Networks provides fiber-optic broadband internet access services to residential and commercial customers within our coverage area. Our services include internet connectivity at speeds as specified in your selected package.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • A one-time connection fee is charged upon installation.
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed from your connection start date and are due within the billing month.
  • The subscription fee is based on your selected package. Custom pricing may be applied at the discretion of AS Networks.
  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in temporary service suspension.
  • All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be made through our online Quick Pay portal powered by SSLCommerz, which supports bKash, Nagad, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • All online payments are processed securely. AS Networks does not store your payment card details.
  • Refunds for overpayments will be credited to your account balance or returned upon request.

5. Service Level & Speed

  • We commit to providing at least 90% of the advertised speed under normal conditions.
  • All packages include unlimited data with no fair usage policy (FUP) or throttling.
  • Speed may temporarily vary due to network congestion, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Package Changes

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your package by contacting our support team.
  • Package changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • The new monthly fee will apply from the effective date of the change.

7. Equipment & Installation

  • AS Networks may provide equipment (router, ONU/ONT) as part of the installation. This equipment remains the property of AS Networks unless otherwise agreed.
  • You are responsible for the safekeeping of any AS Networks-provided equipment. Damaged or lost equipment may incur replacement charges.
  • Unauthorized modification of AS Networks equipment is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal activities or distribution of illegal content.
  • Sending spam, malware, or engaging in cyber attacks.
  • Reselling or redistributing the internet connection without authorization.
  • Any activity that disrupts or degrades the network for other users.

Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

  • AS Networks may suspend service for non-payment, violation of terms, or scheduled maintenance.
  • You may cancel your subscription by providing at least 7 days written notice.
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before or at the time of termination.
  • AS Networks reserves the right to terminate service for repeated violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

AS Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inability to use services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the month in which the issue occurred.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and billing is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

AS Networks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
