• Account Credentials: Username and encrypted password for customer portal access.

• Providing and maintaining internet connectivity services.
• Processing monthly billing and payments.
• Customer identity verification as mandated by BTRC.
• Communicating service updates, maintenance schedules, and billing reminders.

3. BTRC Compliance

As a licensed ISP operating under the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), we are required to:

• Maintain customer registration records including NID verification.
• Keep connection logs as per BTRC directives.
• Provide customer data to authorized government agencies upon lawful request under the Digital Security Act 2018 or by court order.
• Retain billing and connection records for the period mandated by BTRC regulations.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, bKash PINs, or Nagad account details on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
